Made-to-order items: Our standard lead time is 10 working days. Please note that lead time may be affected by holidays, high order volume, or the complexity of the fabric and design.

On-hand items: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before shipping.

Yes. We accept PTF (Philippine Tropical Fabrics) arrangements. Clients may provide their own fabric, and we will create pieces using our own designs.

Due to the nature of made-to-order and custom-sized garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your measurements before confirming your order.
