1. General Information

Rose and Betty Creations is a clothing brand specializing in Filipiniana and made-to-order garments. All products are crafted with a focus on quality, custom sizing, and sustainability.

2. Orders and Custom-Made Items
  • We only accept made-to-order pieces that do not require fittings.
  • Made-to-order pieces require accurate measurements provided by the client. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements.
  • Our standard lead time is 10 days; however, this may be extended during holidays or if the fabric or design is more complex.
  • Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the garment.
  • Rush orders may incur additional fees.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices displayed on the website are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
  • Payment options will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received unless stated otherwise.
  • For made-to-order pieces costing Php 5,000 and above, a 50% downpayment is accepted.
4. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship locally and internationally using trusted couriers.
  • Shipping fees depend on location and package weight.
  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
5. Returns, Alterations, and Exchanges
  • Due to the nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Alterations may be offered for a fee depending on the garment and issue.
  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos or videos.
6. Sustainability Practices

We use fabric scraps, remnants, and eco-conscious methods where possible. Each item may have slight variations that reflect the handmade and sustainable process.

Clients who would like to provide their own fabric under PTF (Philippine Tropical Fabric) may do so. We can create pieces using the PTF combined with our own designs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photos, logos, and materials on this website are owned by Rose and Betty Creations. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our data practices.

9. Website Use
  • You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that may harm the platform.
  • Any attempt to hack, alter, or exploit the site is prohibited.
